Oxford Industries picks Explorer
East Rutherford-based Management Dynamics Inc., a maker of price and contract management product for the ocean transportation industry, said Oxford Industries selected Rate Explorer to manage its ocean transportation contracts. Oxford,headquartered in Atlanta, Ga., makes branded and private label apparel for men, women, and children.
Matrix releases Normandy game
Woodbridge-based Matrix Games and Strategic Studies Group of Australia said the "Decisive Battles" series, which includes "The Ardennes Offensive," "Korsun Pocket" and "Across the Dnepr," will continue. The next title in the series will be named "Battles In Normandy" and will cover the Allied and German campaigns in Normandy from the landings to the breakout. "Battles In Normandy" is scheduled for release this summer, and will be available via Matrix Games Digital Express product line.
Radware appoints Hubbard
Mahwah-based Radware, maker of intelligent application switching (IAS) products, announced the appointment of David Hubbard as president of Radware operations in the Americas. Hubbard's previously worked for Qlogic Corp., Inrange Technologies, Computerm Corp., Computer Network Technology, and Digital Equipment Corp.
DotPhoto wins Hi-Tech award
West Trenton-based dotPhoto was honored with the 2004 Hi-Tech Pioneer Award for its online photography site at www.dotphoto.com. Selected by Hale and Dorr LLP, KPMG LLP, NextStage Advisors, and Silicon Valley Bank, dotPhoto was one of only four companies chosen as the tri-state's top emerging technology companies, based on uniqueness, market desirability, management team quality, funding, and technological/market success.
Windsor Tech completes stock sale
Hightstown-based WindsorTech, Inc., a data security and environmental compliance service company, completed the sale of 6 million shares of WindsorTech common stock, 3 million warrants exercisable at $1.50 per share and 3 million warrants exercisable at $3.60 per share to Barron Partners, Guerrilla Capital Management, and Odin Partners in a private transaction. Under the terms of the transaction, upon the full exercise of the warrants, the sale will yield $18.9 million, $3.6 million from the sale of the common stock and $15.3 million from the exercise of the warrants. WindsorTech sells a suite of life cycle IT asset management services including data security and erasure, life cycle reporting, environmental compliance, and remarketing services. WindsorTech also said it bought QualTech International Corp., a privately-held mid-range and mainframe hardware company, including its subsidiary QualTech Services Group, a services technology company. Qualtech is located in Eagan, Minn. QualTech shareholders will receive a combination of WindsorTech stock and cash totaling $6.5 million. QualTech International sells refurbished IBM mainframes and associated IBM peripherals.

Belmar-based Lazworld.com Inc. is offering a new Internet marketing service that it says improves companies internet marketing ROI. Lazworld.com offers an independent third-party audit service that analyzes, fixes, and reports on the set up, management, and performance of existing and Overture and Google Advertising Accounts.
Checkpoint names new executives
Thorofare.-based Checkpoint Systems Inc., which makes bar-code and related technology, hired a new president to oversee its North American operations and named two current executives to the newly created positions of regional vice president. David Donnan, formerly with A.T. Kearney, was named president of North America. In addition, John Davies was promoted to president of Asian and South American operations while Per Levin was named president of European operations.
