Lazworld.com debuts marketing service
Belmar-based Lazworld.com Inc. is offering a new Internet marketing
service that improves your internet marketing ROI. Lazworld.com is the
first interactive agency to offer an independent third-party audit
service that analyzes, fixes, and reports on the set-up, management, and
performance of existing and Overture and Google Advertising Accounts.
The company said that since this is an independent third-party "audit"

PNY, Tech Data team up
Parsippany-based PNY Technologies, Inc. said Tech Data, a provider of IT
products and logistics management, will distribute a variety of PNY
products. NVIDIA Quadro by PNY Technologies professional workstation
graphics boards, Verto consumer graphics cards, memory modules and flash
media will be available now from Tech Data to a variety of value-added
resellers (VARs), system integrators and original equipment
manufacturers throughout North America.
Nesbit announces maintenance model
Princeton-based Nesbit Systems Inc. announced the release of the
Equipment Tracking System (ETS). The product is used by broadcast and
cable companies to archive, manage, ship and locate equipment assets
used in the video production process. Bar code technology and powerful
tracking software allow for efficient and flexible management of
valuable equipment assets (such as Cameras, Lights, Video Decks, etc.).
The system provides fast retrieval access that allows users to
immediately track equipment information and location.
Tekmark renames risk management division
Edison-based Tekmark Global Solutions announced a series of strategic
moves. Tekmark's Technology Risk Management organization has been
renamed TekSecure Labs to reflect the division's key emphasis on network
security, technology consulting and integrated managed security
services. TekSecure is also announcing new strategic alliances with
Aperios and SonicWALL to deliver a fully functional outsourced managed
security service for resale by broadband providers. TekSecure Labs will
be headed by Michael R. Higgins, managing director, and will be
headquartered in Woodbridge, Va.
Altara forms Networking Solutions Group
Altara, a global solutions partner for Microsoft Business Solutions,
will bring Data Management Services (DMS), a managed service provider
and network systems integrator based in Cedar Knolls, N.J., into the
company as Altara Networking Solutions. Altara Networking Solutions has
attained Cisco Premier Security Authorization and is a Qwest Master
Agency authorized to sell the entire Qwest voice and data solution set.
Majesco plans BloodRayne comic book
Edison-based game publisher Majesco announced an exclusive worldwide
agreement with Echo 3 Worldwide to publish "BloodRayne" as a series of
original, full-color, one-shot comic books. One-shot comic books are
self-contained stories that will be published on a quarterly basis. Echo
3's first "BloodRayne" comic book is scheduled to debut in conjunction
with Majesco's "BloodRayne 2" video game this Halloween.
Fundtech system on IBM OS
Jersey City-based Fundtech Ltd., a maker of payments, cash management
and settlement software and services, announced the migration of its
Global PAYplus system to AIX, IBM's UNIX operating system. Fundtech
worked with IBM's Innovation Center for Business Partners in Waltham,
Mass., to complete the migration of the system. Now financial
institutions that prefer to operate Global PAYplus on IBM's eServer
pSeries line of servers may do so. Global PAYplus is also available on
Sun Solaris and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
