P+S releases Mini35 tools
Mountain
Lakes-based P+S Technik announced a new line of Mini35 digital video
accessories. The new accessories include the Mini35 Breakout Box,
Battery Holder, Shoulder Pad and professional viewfinder connections.
The Breakout Box provides video outputs for high-end,
professional viewfinders as well as additional monitoring. In addition,
the Breakout Box distributes power to the entire system, including the
image converter, camera and accessories, all from one battery. The
Mini35 Battery Holder attaches most high end V-mount or snap-on
batteries like Anton Bauer and PAG.
Competitive
grants manufacturing license
Competitive Technologies has
granted Toledo-based Pinnacle Technology Group a license to manufacture,
use and sell products using patented, event-driven information system
technology.
The technology allows RFID (radio frequency
identification) systems to gather and export object location and
movement data from the point of data collection to a computer network.
Competitive Technologies has an exclusive agreement with Michigan-based
USM System to commercialize the intellectual
property.
Mscript and Angel.com team
up
Angel.com, a leading provider of on-demand call center and
Interactive Voice Response (IVR) has announced that it has entered into
a strategic alliance with MScript to offer three voice-enabled CRM and
transcription solutions.
Angel.com and MScript customers will now
be able to utilize Angel.com's on-demand phone solutions to collect data
from callers, transcribe pieces of information from the call, and
communicate key pieces of data into existing CRM or ERP
applications.
Entegram bought by India
company
Entegram has been purchased by Mastek Ltd, a global
information technology application outsourcing company based in India.
The purchase was made through its U.S. subsidiary, Majesco Software Inc.
The acquisition expands Majesco's
presence in insurance,
particularly in the Hartford marketplace. Entegram will maintain its own
identity in the deal.
Ultitek, Ltd. Signs Agreement With
AtlasJet
Englewood Cliffs-based Ultitek Ltd. said its
subsidiary, TAIS, has come to an agreement with AtlasJet, the second
largest airline in Turkey. TAIS will translate their inventory module
system from Russian to English. The module keeps track of airline
seating. The agreement was signed November 2, 2005.
While this
agreement affords obvious benefits to AtlasJet, it also allows Ultitek
to utilize this expertise for distribution in the world wide
marketplace. Anticipated delivery is second quarter 2006.
TAIS has
been a provider of Computerized Airline Reservations Systems software
(CRS) since 1989.
relevantNOISE gains
fellowship
The New Jersey Commission on Science and Technology
recently named Flemington-based relevantNOISE as one of the first New
Jersey Technology Fellowship partnerships.
The Commission's New
Jersey Technology Fellowship program offers technology-based firms
$50,000 to hire selected post-doctoral graduates from New Jersey
research universities, moving research from the lab to the marketplace.
relevantNOISE is a technology company dedicated to mining Web
logs, or blogs, for business intelligence.

East Rutherford-based Management
Dynamics, which makes global trade management products, acquired
NextLinx Corp., a developer of international trade compliance technology
and content.
Global trade management is a category of
supply-chain software that enables
companies to profitably
implement global sourcing strategies and improve the efficiency of their
value chains from supply to demand.
NextLinx has over 70
customers worldwide, including industry leaders such as Boeing, Cisco
Systems, Fairchild Semiconductor, FedEx, Panasonic, UPS and VF Corp.
