AVI to DV Converter Mac, convert AVI to DV for Snow Leopard?

AVI is a multimedia container format which is included in Windows and can be played in many different players. The AVI file also support many editing programs like Windows Movie Maker, Virtual Dub, etc. However, AVI is one of the most incompatible format on Mac. Sometimes, if you want to import AVI files to iMovie to make some edit, you will inevitably end up with failure.
