Taking the commitments forward, the awards this year acknowledged the best performances in the industry in various categories. Taking the lead was ‘The Franchisor of the Year’ that went to Titan Industries Ltd and the Cartridge World bagging ‘The Master Franchise Award’. On the other side, Provogue was awarded as the ‘Fashion Retailer of the Year’ for their outstanding work in the segment. ‘The Food and Grocery Retailer of the Year’ award went to Reliance Fresh and the ‘Department Store of the Year’ went to Pantaloon in the Retail categories.
