On the weekend of June 6-8, 2008, members and colleagues of the Independent Computer Consultants Association (ICCA) will gather in the home of Arlington, Virginia, just outside DC, to promote the entrepreneurial spirit of the independent consultant. They will hone business skills, learn about new products, and network with colleagues. Attendance at prior conferences has averaged around 100, and this year’s event is sure to be another spectacular opportunity for members and vendors to make connections and improve their businesses.
As independent consultants, ICCA members objectively support clients in choosing and implementing the best solutions for their businesses. Members specialize in every area and offer a wide range of services, from hardware installation to custom programming, systems integration, employee training, internet services, and much more. Our members are full-time professional information technology consultants and business owners. With an average of ten or more years of practical experience with technology, they continually invest in new products and training to stay on top of the latest developments in the industry. They use, recommend, and install the latest products and services, and help corporations and individuals improve their return on their technology investments.

Exhibit Information
Space is limited and will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. Sponsors will receive first choice of exhibit space.
Exhibit space will consist of one 8’x2’ table with chair and supporting floor space. A display booth can be used in place of the table depending on size.
If you require any miscellaneous audiovisual services (such as phone, phone lines, power cords, etc.) please contact the hotel at 703-413-5500 and ask for the A/V department. It is your company’s responsibility to order these items and provide payment directly to the hotel.
Booths or boxes are accepted by the hotel not more than 3 days prior to the function. Shipments must be sent directly to the hotel clearly marked “ICCA National Conference”, your company name and representative, c/o 1999 Jefferson Davis Highway; Arlington, VA 22202.
If you are in need of hotel accommodations you may contact the hotel directly at 703-413-5500. When making your reservation, be sure to inform them you are with the ICCA and reference code ICAICAA in order to receive the ICCA room rate of $99.The deadline for this discounted rate is May 16, 2008. After May 16, reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis and at a higher rate.
Exhibit Schedule
The exhibits will be displayed at the Crystal City Marriott Hotel from Saturday, June 7, 2008 from 8:00am to 4:30pm through Sunday, June 8, 2008, from 8:00am to 3:00pm.
SETUP AND DISMANTLING OF EXHIBITS
Setup of exhibits can be conducted on Saturday, June 7th between 7:00 - 7:30am.
All exhibits must be dismantled and removed no later than 3:30pm Sunday, June 8th.
