OCTOBER 8, 2007 – MINNEAPOLIS – Verus Corporation, an IT consulting firm, announced today it will be relocating its offices and opening a collocation facility/data center at the new site. The new facility will have ample room to accommodate Verus’ continued growth. The new offices will open on November 1st, 2007, and the data center is expected to open in early December.
The Verus Data Center (VDC) will offer state-of-the-art server co-location with high quality, redundant copper and optical connections to the internet. In addition, the facility offers 24/7 security and round-the-clock server access for customers.
The new location strengthens Verus’ ability to deliver premium network solutions to companies regardless of where their company is physically based. Effective immediately, businesses in industries ranging from medical and banking, to hosting and gaming will be able to protect their server investment, achieve total business continuity and increase their web audience satisfaction with high performance, uninterrupted Internet connectivity through Verus’ new facility. Verus’ highly skilled personnel will be onsite handling day to day operations of the data center.
