Captioned Media Program (CMP)
CMP is a free-loan open-captioned video loan service for deaf and hard of hearing persons, teachers and others serving deaf and hard of hearing individuals. CMP is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Education and administered by the National Association of the Deaf. Over 4,000 captioned videos are available. There are both educational and general interest videos, including commercial films. Users must register and then can borrow videos.
