"Big Fuel is in a very exciting place at the moment. We have a clear vision and a clear understanding of who we are and where we’re going. I think that has been critical to our extraordinary growth over the last two years," Pavlika noted. "Of course, it doesn’t hurt to be in the exciting ‘consumer engagement/social media/branded’ space. And our heritage as an entertainment company has given us a unique foundation upon which to grow."
Pavlika has proven her creative and strategic abilities numerous times over her career. Her work has been recognized in the Echo New York Festivals, ADDY, ANDY and Caples Awards. Pavlika has served on the board of the Caples Awards for the past seven years, and she is currently the Chair of the first-ever DMA Creative Council. She has also served on the Board of the Echo New York Awards committee for the past three years.
Since joining Big Fuel, Pavlika has seen companies begin to get over their trepidation with social media. "Social media is more than just putting up a Facebook page or launching into Twitter," she said. "Companies are starting to understand the potential of social media as part of an integrated marketing plan. Building communities in social media means a long-term commitment, one in which you must engage with your communities on a regular basis with relevant content and very few social media companies are currently providing this to their clients. And what we’ve built with Big Fuel Studios is a huge differentiator with today’s client demand-and customers desire — for content and entertainment creation."
