Survey questions posed by DMG included background information about why the customer chose the vendor and the main benefits gained from the vendor’s WFO solution. Multiple product satisfaction metrics were measured by DMG including; ease of configuration, flexibility, seamlessness of third-party integrations, QA process automation, interface usability for agents, supervisors and users, service level, and quality of training.
