With Cicero XM Discovery 2.1, desktop activities and application performance data enables IT to see what applications are used, potential memory issues, web application response times, and other areas for improvement. Business analysts can use the data to gain a deeper understanding of the frequency and time spent on particular tasks and how applications are used to target areas for process improvement. The new features in this latest release allow you to:

  • Collect details on every process running on a workstation including when they started and stopped.
  • Set CPU monitoring thresholds to generate alerts.
  • View system usage information such as resources, memory, threads, processor and memory pages.
  • Set up and monitor network ‘ping’ to check workstation connectivity and performance.
