CinnaWorks Goes Digital with Archiving Firm Casdex, Inc.

Digital Archiving Pioneer will Store All HR Records for Franchisee’s More than 90 Locations.

Thousand Oaks, CA (January 22, 2008) – Casdex, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has signed a partnership agreement with CinnaWorks, the largest franchisee of the Cinnabon™ brand, to provide its proprietary digital archiving services to over 90 branches nationwide.

Under the agreement, Casdex’s flagship digital archiving solutions will be available to all CinnaWorks franchise locations, allowing corporate headquarters to immediately access digital content from all store branches throughout the country.  All data will also be stored using only the highest of encryption standards and will comply with even the strictest of government regulations, such as Sarbanes-Oxley and HIPAA.

“One of the rewarding aspects of having a national presence is that we are able to bring the Cinnabon™ brand to a very large audience, but the amount of paperwork involved can sometimes become tedious,” said Robert Raine, HR Manager for CinnaWorks.  “Having a centralized service that scans, maintains and preserves our documents will greatly help streamline our process and make us even more efficient.”

“Businesses in various sectors are finding that they can save time and money, as well as choose a greener method of document storage, by opting to store their information online using our service,” said David Barley, Chief Technology Officer for Casdex, Inc.  “By taking the guesswork out of data storage, we enable companies like CinnaWorks to concentrate on other matters relating to their core business rather than needing to worry about how their digital information is being handled.”
