ClaimVantage Collaborates with Customers through Monthly Focus Group Meetings

Monthly focus Group Meeting offers continual support to customers, as well as providing a platform for customers to input their ideas for continually enhancing the ClaimVantage solution.

ClaimVantage is an international provider of Life, Health, and Absence claims processing solutions for Employers, Insurance Companies, and Third Party Administrators (TPA’s). Established in 2006, ClaimVantage is focused on providing the insurance industry with the latest in insurance technology to ensure claims are processed as efficiently as possible.

In 2013, ClaimVantage began hosting a monthly Focus Group for its customers to provide feedback focused on enhancing the usability and functionality of ClaimVantage’s claim management solution.

Following the success of the claims management meetings, a second Customer Focus Group was established in 2015 to focus on the AbsenceDirect solution.

The Focus Group provides customers with a platform to voice their opinions on the system they use daily. Based on this feedback, small and larger changes have been made to the system to improve productivity, user experience, and increase efficiency.

The User Group offers ClaimVantage customers the opportunity to meet with others who are using ClaimVantage for their claims processing, learn some best practices, provide feedback on the solution, and hear from industry experts on a range of topics.
