Conversational, a virtual receptionist company, recently announced that they are launching a new 4,000 sq. foot office in Charlottetown, Canada. The new office will have the capacity for 100 new virtual receptionists and a larger team will provide the ability for Conversational to not only expand their client base, but also to better serve existing clients.
Adding 100 new agents to the team will be no small task for Conversational. Each new team member brings their own skills, paired with their own personalities to provide a unique experience for every call they take. As they serve the clients of Conversational, they will continually learn the core values of the company with the goal of providing a friendly and professional experience for all callers. Additionally, the selection process is being geared towards attracting top talents that have experience in both real estate and medical answering services.
“Working to add 100 new receptionists to our team provides the perfect foundation for the company to grow,” said Tanya Lamont, CEO at Conversational. “We will have the necessary staff to cater to a larger client base.” The new agents will provide a much broader scope in skillsets to Conversational to enable the company serve clients from a larger variety of industries.
An expansion of this size isn’t unusual with a quickly growing company in such an expansive industry. However, only time will reveal whether this is a budding business that’s financially backed and successful, or another boom and fizzle in an IT sector that has been filled with success but also plagued with failures.
