In this new role, Mr. Gagne is responsible for the daily operations of the company and for developing new products, increasing market share and improving customer satisfaction. Gagne will also play a key role in executing the company’s strategic initiatives and in maximizing shareholder value.

Mr. Gagne, who joined XATA in 2007, previously held the title of executive vice president, field operations. In that role, he was responsible for XATA’s sales, marketing and customer support, all functions that he will continue to oversee. He was also instrumental in restructuring the company’s sales team and in the company’s 2009 acquisition of Turnpike Global Solutions, which greatly expanded XATA’s market.
