In addition, the company is highlighting its growing range of LifeVibes multimedia products for the Android platform. Outstanding experiences

In particular, the LifeVibes demos at MWC highlight ways to enhance the experience of HD and 3D content on mobile devices. LifeVibes MediaArtist, which is being demonstrated on a touchscreen device under Android 2.3 (the Gingerbread release), supports 720p content and a rich set of manual video editing features, along with advanced features such as instant preview.

NXP Software’s 3D software is designed to ensure mobile device makers can offer consumers a true 3D experience, combined with a rich 3D audio effect. Available for mobile phones and tablets, it supports all sizes and types of 3D screens, both auto-stereoscopic and active technology. Furthermore, consumers can enjoy 2D video and YouTube content, as well as 3D Blu-ray material.

The company will also be demonstrating Audio Zoom at MWC 2011. As more and more people use their phones to capture video, this software provides a way to enhance the audio quality. It allows people to "zoom in" on a specific person who is speaking (in a similar way to zooming the image), enhancing the intelligibility of their voice and reducing the background noise, so that the speaker’s voice is crystal clear in the video clip.
