Once the user has registered for their trial at http://info.easymeeting.net/tryit/ they will be contacted by an Easymeeting representative to identify the best trial options for each individual company, (i.e. enabling existing hardware, or all mobile add on users) they will then receive an email with easy to understand directions on how to set up their services. During the trial period the Easymeeting Expert is available for introduction training and to demonstate the great features and benefits of the Easymeeting service.

The easyConference service requires only a PC/Mac, IPhone or IPAD or video conferencing system with access to the internet. There are no fees for the trial or obligations to purchase. After the trial has expired the service will end unless the user would like to sign up for the paid services. Easy as that!
