E cigarette is largely considered a green product as it does not cause any ill effects to the environment. Tobacco smokes differ based upon their nature of origin. There are basically three different types of tobacco smokes and they can be further differentiated into physical and chemical variants. The first, mainstream tobacco smoke, is drawn through the butt of the cigarette during smoking. The smoke is then inhaled by smokers into their lungs. Active smokers retain somewhere around 40 to 80 percent of the mainstream smoke. The remaining smoke that is exhaled contributes to become a source of Environmental Tobacco Smoke (ETS).
The second source of ETS is sidestream smoke which is released into the environment due to the tip of the lit cigarette. By using electric cigarettes or e cigs, smokers are able to smoke wherever they want to without having to face the consequences of any kind of ban on smoking.
Many states in US have already banned smoking regular tobacco cigarettes in public areas. Smokeless cigarettes work electronically and therefore produce no smoke at all. Moreover there is no hassle of disposing the cigarette butt and throw ashes while smoking.
Vapor cigarettes do not contain substances like carbon monoxide, carcinogens, and tar. A conventional tobacco cigarette is reported to have 4000 times more poisonous than an electronic cigarette and causes harmful passive smoking to nearby people as well.
Anita, an electronic cigarette user says, “I didn't smoke all that much so these cigarettes are perfect for me. I was smoking about 2 packs a week. Sometimes I smoke while watching TV. The amount of vapor is great. They're easy to use and look and feels like real cigarettes. I would totally recommend these to anyone trying to quit smoking.”
