New Port Richey, FL (PRWEB) April 13, 2012
As the leader of a successful Florida insurance agency, The Welch Group’s Owner Matthew Welch recently appeared on Insurance Journal’s April 2nd eMarketing Minute to talk about the importance of keeping agency morale high in order to create favorable results. Welch discussed the topic of agency management with Adam DeGraide, CEO of the insurance sales training and internet marketing company Astonish Results.
DeGraide is known in the insurance world for encouraging his clients to “get psyched,” and Welch is a prime example of someone who has taken this advice to heart.
“A lot of times, we as agency principals become the bottleneck for the excitement. Our agencies take on the excitement that we have,” Welch said.
The agency owner talked about how, as an energetic leader, it is his goal to portray a whatever-it-takes attitude. “We’re ready to attack hell with a squirt gun,” Welch explained. He said that he achieves this by holding weekly meetings with The Welch Group’s CSRs and producers to discuss metrics and focus on the positive results of all the work they do.
As a business owner himself, Welch understands the needs of his Florida business insurance clients and is always ready and willing to offer advice on anything from insurance solutions to company management. In addition, The Welch Group’s team of licensed agents is specialized in personal and commercial lines to suit all of its clients’ needs.
