GetApps Reveals The Leading Q2 2016 Project Collaboration Apps

The heavy hitters remain on top in this quarter’s updated ranking

Barcelona, Spain (PRWEB) April 25, 2016

GetApp, a cloud-based marketplace for business apps, has updated its ranking of the top project collaboration solutions, with Slack taking the lead this quarter. Following closely behind in second place is Wrike, with ProjectManager.com and Trello tied for third.

The ranking provides small and mid-sized business owners with a good point of entry into what’s available in the project collaboration software space.

The ranking is based on five factors that include security, user reviews, media presence, integrations, and mobile app availability. Each factor is worth 20 points for a total possible score of 100.

“The popular collaboration app Slack came in first place this quarter, with a high score of 72 and a perfect 20 for its user reviews and integrations. Wrike scored well for security to come in second place, while Projectmanager.com and Trello tied for third with scores of 69. Notable new additions this quarter include Basecamp in seventh place, eXo Platform in 20th, and Todoist and Zoho Connect, which landed in at 24 and 25, respectively,” says project manager and researcher for GetApp’s ranking, Suzie Blaszkiewicz.
