This is a service to provide support to TRAMS users in the hours and weekends that TRAMS offices are closed. The service includes a variety of options from providing basic support, to backups for a client’s TRAMS and Clientbase databases. There is even the ability to have the Grasp Afterhours Support Team monitor windows system logs and provide preventative maintenance.
