Hand-held Dictionary Device Invented by InventHelp Client (OCC-1142)

InventHelp, a leading invention submission firm, is submitting the SPELL-TALK (READING ASSISTANT) to companies for review.

PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) December 12, 2016

The convenience of modern technology has contributed to a decline in spelling comprehension due to the features like auto-correct. Additionally, electronic devices have started to replace actual books as sources for entertainment and information.

An inventor from Fullerton, Calif., has identified these trends and invented SPELL-TALK (READING-ASSISTANT), a hand-held device that can provide the pronunciation, definition and use of various words at the push of a button. “I was inspired to invent this device when I was reading and came across a word I wasn’t familiar with,” said the inventor. “Instead of having to access the internet and find the right website or flip through a dictionary, my invention allows users to quickly get all the information they need.”

SPELL-TALK (READING-ASSISTANT) also helps users when filling out paper forms or composing handwritten correspondence by confirming the appropriate spelling of various words.

The original design was submitted to the Orange County office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
