Planned and less expensive home maintenance versus unexpected, costly, and often stressful home repair is the reason why the two homeowners decided to create Homecca. This playfully looking website has a potential to become every homeowner's best friend. The founders' mission is to ensure that the core of Homecca remains free even when it becomes super-popular.
"As homeowners we grew tired of not knowing what it takes to take care of our houses. We tried so many things to help the situation, such as relying on web resources, books, other people, but the results were overwhelmingly disappointing – tons of information that would sometimes overlap, but more often contradict. Let’s not even mention the randomness of the quality of the resources out there. Anywhere from boring, pompous, difficult to understand language that a casual home owner would find frustrating, all the way to unreliable blurs of information that would prompt more questions than provide answers. With this in mind we decided to start Homecca, a single place to explain what needs to be done and why plus the tools to help folks coordinate their quest as the homeowners".
The opening release will equip every homeowner with the knowledge and the tools to spend less time and save money while properly taking care of their homes. Carefully chosen maintenance items, theToDo list with reminders, home history, and many more available at no cost to every homeowner this September!
Homecca does not overwhelm; it focuses on the essentials. It follows the 80/20 rule, where 20% of the maintenance tasks will prevent 80% of the repairs. These are the ToDo's Homecca encourages its users to pay attention to, but it also supports adding homeowner specific items not in its catalog. It will first remind its users about the upcoming ToDo's and later nag a bit if not completed on time. Homecca website is a marriage of utilitarian simplicity with comprehensive coverage of the subject matter. It is easy and fun to use.
Homecca's December release promises something extraordinary that no homeowner should miss. Visit the site and sign up for the exciting updates from Homecca.
