Forrester’s report evaluated nine US search marketing agencies on their expertise in both paid search and search engine optimization technologies, processes and services. The report evaluated against 60 criteria, based on data from client reference calls, vendor surveys, scenario-based demos, and reviews of client references’ search marketing results.
