Chime’s Virtual Agent platform allows customers to connect Instant Chime with other enterprise systems. This integration may involve conversations with automated service desk agents, integration with other CRM systems, or integration with third party ticketing providers. With this integration, companies can use Chime to place a “click-to-chat” button on any public-facing website, and have customers connect through a web client to internal help desk agents.
