For one low setup price with no recurring fees, 4 Walls creates a community video, posts it to YouTube.com, properly tags the post and sends the property manager the link. Property managers simply add the link to their websites or emails to prospects. The one-time set-up fee is $75 for 4 Walls customers or $150 for any community. 4 Walls will also link to customer videos from their listings for $10 a month.

"Many of our customers are beginning to formulate a social media strategy. YouTube is a perfect social media outlet for multifamily because it’s a proven traffic builder and does not require any day to day maintenance. We set out to produce a video that could be squeezed into most budgets and came up with VideoClips," says 4 Walls CEO Ellen Thompson.

Contact 4 Walls for more information or to order a VideoClip.
