The company’s digital research team will develop and execute a global strategy for integrating digital research—including social media, clickstream, panel, mobile and online media measurement—into its products and services. These efforts will include developing new data collection streams and enhancing reporting and publishing tools, as well as integrating digital research tools and methods into J.D. Power’s client deliverables, sales, marketing and technology platforms.
