(PRWEB) August 27, 2012
Clearwater Compliance, a leading supplier of HIPAA-HITECH compliance software, solutions and services, announced today that Jim Schenck has joined the company to handle the rapidly growing interest in HIPAA-HITECH compliance.
Schenck brings 20 years of business development and corporate sales and management experience and success. For the prior six years, Jim was a Vice President and one of the early pioneers of PivotHealth where he launched and led a new division before PivotHealth was acquired by The Advisory Board Company in late 2011. Prior to PivotHealth, Jim held sales and account management leadership roles at Cintas and W.W. Grainger, Inc.
Nashville-based Clearwater works with companies all over the U.S. to help them to become and remain compliant with HIPAA and HITECH. According to Founder and CEO Bob Chaput, the interest level in the market was outpacing Clearwater’s ability to get back to every inquiry. He had reached the point where he needed help.
“Having Jim Schenck join Clearwater is a big “win” for us! Jim has all the right health care knowledge and experience, the contacts, the work ethic, professional maturity and business savvy to lead our sales efforts as more and more covered entities and business associates scurry to strengthen their HIPAA and HITECH compliance programs. We could not be more thrilled..and I could not be more confident!”
Jim is responsible for the operational planning and development of strategic business relationships for the deployment of Clearwater Compliance’s suite of HIPAA-HITECH solutions and services while generating direct sales opportunities and supporting existing client renewals.
