Mark Systems Expands Customer and Technical Support Staff for Home Builder Software

These new positions continue the company’s significant expansion in 2014 and will enhance the company’s overall customer and technical support capabilities.

These new positions continue the company’s significant expansion in 2014 and will enhance the company’s overall customer and technical support capabilities.

Elana Zbik, Customer Service Representative, will provide a live voice to customers calling for technical support, act as a liaison between departments and customers, assign and follow-up on support tickets, and take over the customer facing, order processing and administrative functions of the consulting department.

Victoria Schmidt and James Ramsay, Technical Support Specialists, will provide front line support for customer questions and issues, remote data building assistance, and prepare training material and update product documentation as needed.

Gabe Pilla, Systems Engineer, will update servers and services, administer operating systems for users, install BASIS programs for customers, and provide support for hardware and software issues that arise with IHMS users.
