As a result of the successful Go Live, the court will see raised productivity and reduced costs all the while saving its users weeks of pre and post-court processing work.
Medina Municipal Court is pushing the envelope on what it means to be a 21st-century court. Leveraging features include in-court-processing, web document generation, electronic judicial document routing to web, credit card integration, and multi-agency eCitation integration. Total paperless document routing between Judges and departments, end-to-end judicial document creation from the web and e-Citation imports from the state ensure that Medina Municipal Court’s time, space and money, are all allocated to high impact activities that will best suit the needs of the court.

This Go Live marks the 14th successful implementation of Benchmark within the state of Ohio with prior installations being completed in: Ottawa County, Pickaway County, Mansfield Municipal Court, Warren Municipal Court, Warren County Common Pleas and County Court, Columbiana County Common Pleas and County Court, and Wayne County Municipal, Common Pleas, Juvenile, and Probate Court.
