Melissa’s practice encompasses privacy, advertising and marketing, electronic and mobile commerce, social media, internet, securities and corporate governance and compliance law as well as domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and technology and commercial transactions. A significant part of her privacy and transactions practice focuses on Canada.
