MICROS eCommerce Launches New Interactive Website for Global Hotel Alliance’s Loyalty Program, GHA Discovery

GHA, the world’s largest alliance of independent hotel brands, has long been a user of MICROS’s OPERA Reservation System and OPERA Customer Information System solutions. GHA also utilizes MICROS’s for its booking engine and loyalty program.

MICROS eCommerce partnered with GHA to transform its website from a business-to-business focused site with a loyalty program component to a business-to-consumer focused site with a limited B2B presence.
