I’ve been asked by Microsoft to survey the community about customer satisfaction. I’ll be sharing my findings with the Top 150 MSFT execs at an internal summit in Fort Lauderdale on September 18th. I appreciate Microsoft reaching out and asking for the “outside looking in” view of things. It’s easy to say that Microsoft doesn’t care or listen. I’d argue that things are changing with the new CEO and it’s your chance to make a statement.
