Alpharetta, GA, May 01, 2019 –(PR.com)– MSys Technologies, a premier Storage, Networking, Virtualization, and Cloud (SNVC) engineering services provider and consulting partner is pleased to announce that its presentation abstract is selected at SNIA SDC India event 2019. The presentation titled “Recommendation Engine for Data Eviction Policy in CSP,” will apprise audiences on:
1) Dependable parameters for neural network analysis for IO profiling
2) Tuning hyper parameters to improve classification
3) Tuning and or calibrating IO staging strategies in storage controllers
Incisive Insights into Business-Critical Storage Industry Problems
Mr. Divyank Shukla, Storage Architect at MSys will be presenting at SNIA SDC India. Divyank holds a sharp acumen on the storage technology and its challenges. He would present one of the crucial storage topics – the issue of data strategies in CSPs. The presentation would illustrate an innovative solution based on neural network to help companies with maximum business continuity and high performance.
Their speaker, Divyank Shukla has a remarkable body of work in the storage domain. He has successfully contributed to four patents in the storage field and possesses a thorough understanding of Deep Learning and Statistical Data Modelling. His technological expertise coupled with business sense makes him a sought-after tech-leader in the storage industry.
“Quality of Service (QoS) in IO controllers is a mechanism for Cloud Service Providers (CSP) to conform to latency discipline for the IO requests from its clients. Statically, there are multiple ways to associate or allocate hardware resources to service requests received from the clients. One key challenge that the CSPs face is associating components with the IO requests on the I-T-L nexus of the client. The problem gets compounded with the backend IOs being serviced by a multitude of devices, with IO characteristics as high as milliseconds and as low as tens of microseconds,” explains Divyank.
He further enumerates, “We propose a neural network layer, that can classify IO requests based on IO patterns and enable data placement strategies/policies on the data stores. This can preemptively help storage controllers achieve its QoS objective and drive down costs.”
“Being handpicked to present at SNIA SDC 2019 speaks volume about MSys Storage expertise. We’re thrilled to be a part of the elite group of companies at this SNIA storage event in India. I wish to acknowledge the unique abilities of our datacenter Samaritans. Their perceptive knowledge around storage technologies and zeal to deliver impeccable storage solutions gives us the edge,” says Sanjay Sehgal, CEO, and Founder, MSys Technologies.
Further talking about Divyank’s presentation, he adds, “Divyank carries a meticulous record in the area of Storage. At MSys, he has been instrumental in delivering value to clients by orchestrating multi-vendor storage solutions. The problem of recommendation engines for data strategies in CSP is a crucial one. I believe his proposed solutions are result-driven and would help many in the industry.”
