The ISO 9001:2008 standard specifies Quality Management System requirements focused on an organization’s ability to meet and improve upon customer satisfaction and quality requirements. By identifying areas for improvement, creating recommendations to resolve identified gaps, and executing against these recommendations, MTNGS is ensuring that it has the global processes necessary to consistently improve service quality on a regular, quantifiable, and demonstrable basis.

MTNGS provides "Always On – Always Available" worldwide connectivity solutions to a significant number of government entities today, including the Department of Defense, Military Sealift Command, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Navy, U.S. Army and other agencies.
