EMRISE CORPORATION to Voluntarily Delist From NYSE Arca, Transfer to OTC Bulletin Board

DURHAM, N.C. Feb. 9, 2011 Tuesday, February 22, 2011 Wednesday, February 23, 2011

Carmine T. Oliva

Oliva also noted that the ongoing benefits to the Company of an NYSE Arca listing do not justify continuing its efforts to retain the listing, particularly since, among other reasons, nearly all the trading in EMRISE shares is currently done on trading venues other than NYSE Arca.

$8 million

A market maker has submitted a Form 211 application for EMRISE common stock to be quoted on the OTCBB, and the Company has compiled a list of additional market makers it will be asking to make a market in its stock.  Long term, the Company's strategic objectives call for the future listing of its common stock on a national exchange.

The Company believes that the successful execution of EMRISE's plans to grow organically and through strategic mergers and acquisitions coupled with the presence of new market makers and the absence of the overhang of an involuntary delisting will have a positive impact on the trading liquidity and valuation of its shares.

Of the most prevalent malware threats detected this January, generic Trojans topped the list, followed by downloaders, exploits and adware. Interesting to note is the persistence of 'Lineage,' a Trojan that continues to spread and infect systems, indicating a lack of basic antivirus protection for even the most longstanding threats.

Waste Management and Genomatica Announce Strategic Agreement

Under the agreement, Genomatica will create proprietary, specially-designed organisms and complete manufacturing processes to efficiently and economically convert syngas into chemical products.  Genomatica's patents, intellectual property and technology platform should facilitate further refinement of organisms and processes to allow chemical production from syngas produced from locally-available waste with varying characteristics. Biological production of chemicals would provide another potential use for any syngas produced by or for Waste Management through anaerobic digestion, gasification and landfill gas.

Tim Cesarek

Christophe Schilling

Syngas is produced throughout the world from natural gas or liquid hydrocarbons, and through the gasification of coal, biomass, and waste materials.  Syngas is a low-cost input material often used to generate electricity, and can also be converted into liquid fuels. Prior to Genomatica, converting syngas to chemicals was primarily done through chemical processing techniques, which were generally energy-intensive and limited in their ability to produce specific chemical products.  Supported by the new joint development agreement, Genomatica is working to enable the conversion of syngas into desired, major- market intermediate and basic chemicals.<

AGC to Build Furnace to Boost Production of Dragontrail™

TOKYO Feb. 9, 2011 20 billion yen $240 million USD Japan

The furnace, specialized in producing glass for electronic applications, will employ the float process for high-efficiency production and will fabricate glass of varying thicknesses. With the contribution of the new facility, AGC expects to achieve and maintain a 30 percent share of the expanding global market for chemically strengthened glass.

The end-user market for mobile devices is surging, with annual sales of smart phones and tablet PCs expected to average roughly 40 percent and 90 percent growth, respectively, between 2010 and 2013, according to DisplaySearch, a leading global market research firm. The majority of these devices use touch screen panels that require a tough cover material to protect their surfaces, which is spurring demand for chemically strengthened glass.

Dragontrail, which launched in January, is an exceptionally strong and highly scratch-resistant glass material once undergoing chemical processing for further strengthening. With its new furnace at the Takasago Plant in Hyogo Prefecture, AGC now looks forward to flexibly expanding its supply in response to the fast-expanding market for Dragontrail. The furnace also gives AGC the capability to produce evolved versions of specialty glass for chemical strengthening in the future by incorporating its extensive technical expertise in specialty glass for electronic applications.

As AGC works to build new foundations for growth under its Grow Beyond strategy, the company is determined to continue developing Dragontrail and other specialty glass for chemical strengthening as a key pillar of its long-term sust
