PrintSimple – Innovative Printer as a Service Program Introduced for Small and Medium Business

Overland Park, KS, April 25, 2019 –(PR.com)– PrintSimple is set to go live at www.printismple.us on April 25, 2019. The program is an office printing solution uniquely designed around small and medium business environments which combines the printer hardware, parts and labor, service support, toner supplies, print security features, and warranty into a single low-cost monthly fee. PrintSimple is ideally suited for this market segment in which many of these operations either don’t have or can’t maintain an IT staff, are accustom to buying disposable print devices and have little or no document and print security practices in place. PrintSimple fills these specific gaps for small businesses and goes even further by incorporating a host of other value-added benefits.

“For over 18 years, our company’s market focus has been on large enterprise print solutions. But we realized that small and medium business were underserved in our product space, especially considering the expansion of document and printer security requirements,” said Ron Harland Jr., vice president at Evolv. “When we developed PrintSimple, we shifted our thought process to key in on smaller operations and tackled the challenge of designing a comprehensive print solution similar to those which large enterprise clients typically have access to.

“We’re extremely excited about our PrintSimple program and we believe business owners will discover its complete value which goes well beyond the printer hardware. We understand that some customers just want their documents to print when they hit the button. Other clients might have document security and compliance concerns. PrintSimple addresses both sides of that spectrum.”

PrintSimple clients can choose from a select group of print devices with speeds between 33 and 52 pages per minute and choose from three monthly volume options. Printer customization is available from a list of optional accessories; there’s no expensive equipment outlay and toner is included for both black & white and color models. To keep the hardware in peak performance, PrintSimple includes maintenance as part of each package and an industry leading exchange warranty provides further protection and tremendous value.

“Maintaining a consultative approach with customers about their print systems helps us cultivate relationships,” said Ron Harland Sr., president of Evolv Solutions. “The manner in which we’ve packaged the PrintSimple solution provides business owners a print management process which allows them to shift a task off their plate, with confidence, and focus more attention on their core operation. We’re simply providing a better print solution they should be able to trust over the long term.”
