RedSky E911 Manager® Now Compliant With Avaya Aura Session Manager 6.1

E911 Manager® is the first E911 solution to offer full location tracking and real-time location updates for Avaya SIP phones running on the Aura Session Manager platform. As enterprise customers take advantage of the mobility made possible by the Aura platform, real-time location updates ensure emergency responders have accurate information in the event of a 9-1-1 emergency.

In addition to providing real-time location tracking and 9-1-1 call routing for Aura SIP phones, E911 Manager® features automatic, real-time, IP phone tracking for all enterprise phones including softphones and WiFi phones, on-site notification of 9-1-1 calls and automatic location updates to PS-ALI databases and to RedSky’s E911 Anywhere® national 9-1-1 call routing service.

RedSky is a platinum member of the Avaya DevConnect program and has developed a series of technology "firsts" with Avaya through the program. The DevConnect program offers third-party application developers like RedSky a program to test interoperability with Avaya technology and extend the value of a company’s investment in its network.
