Shared Mr. Watson: "I am proud to continue to serve the National Security Sector. With an operating unit dedicated to this important sector, we can align more closely with our clients, build greater intimacy and improve our ability to support their vital missions."
Mr. Tucker has more than 20 years of experience in information technology (IT) and business management consulting. He has advised federal government clients in the use of best practices in process, methods, tools and training to maximize organizational capacity and performance from strategy through investment delivery. By integrating various industry standards and regulations, such as FAR, FEA, CPIC, PMBOK and PRINCE2, he leads ASI teams in delivering performance-based solutions.
A thought leader, Mr. Tucker has been a sought after speaker on integrating IT capital planning with enterprise architecture, earned value management, and various project management disciplines. In addition, he was the recipient of the 2010 Innovative Approaches Award for his use of the UK’s PRINCE2 project management methods to improve performance of US Federal government IT investment projects, as described in his white paper on the subject.
"ASI has always been laser-focused on providing the best support to our valued federal clients–their success is our success. The establishment of the Civilian Sector can only help to improve that focus as we continue to meet the unique needs of civilian agencies," said Mr. Tucker.
