Turn your PC into a call center.
Pingram Marketing’s Call Corder 2.1 makes it easy for you to record your telephone conversations directly onto your PC’s hard disk. Call Corder will give you the option to store all incoming calls automatically, record answering-machine messages, and even forward recorded telephone calls via e-mail. Call Corder stores telephone conversations as standard Windows sound files along with an annotated memo to allow for fast, easy retrieval. The Caller ID-compatible software requires a voice modem.
You can track and log all of your incoming calls with Dovico Software’s Call Tracker. Call Tracker automatically activates each time you receive an incoming call, checks your Caller ID, then searches your Microsoft Outlook Contact Database to retrieve the caller’s full contact information and notes. If the caller does not have a contact entry in Outlook, Call Tracker automatically creates one for you. Download a free demo from Dovico’s site or register and pay $25 for the full version.
