So, Meditation: What exactly is this practice that has been around for thousands of years? How can I tap in and get some inner-peace topped off with some Zen-like feeling that will center you all day and night you ask? Well, the answer ended up being less of a true definition than a journey itself that each person much undertake for himself or herself. I urge you to all join me as I plan to continue to learn more and achieve more with the use of mediation.
I’ve heard Meditation described in many ways, but, in truth a true definition comes from within what it means to each one of us from what I understand at this part of my personal journey. Aside from determining its physiological effects, defining the actual act of meditation can be as elusive as imagining the sound of one hand clapping. A tough thing to do right?
Hey, work-from-home warriors, seven-day-a-week-savvy entrepreneurs with no off button and I’m especially speaking to the truly extreme multi-year sleep deprived worker that is so off the scale that even a person’s health is being scarified and for no reason. Are you the best you can be each day and as centered as you can be so that you can make the right choices at the right times to create the most opportunity for you and your business? If your inner being isn’t at peace how can your business be at peace? Meditation may even help to squash anxiety in less than 10 minutes a day.
