Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) January 29, 2013
Los Angeles based start-up Splurge announces plans to release its bookmarking tool to the public. Splurge is an aggregator and curator of trendy sales from across the web. Currently, Splurge relies on trusted curators and stylist in the Los Angeles fashion industry to curate its product. However, Eric Dahan, founder, explained that, “By releasing the bookmarking tool to the public we can really allow users to share and discover relevant deals that are going on online. Each person has their own unique style and has something to say about it so we thought it was only natural to allow them to share it.”
When asked when they decided to make the decision, co-founder Zach Crosner said, “It’s actually been something we have been planning since day 1. We have just been perfecting our system and technology so that we can seamlessly implement social bookmarking. We are almost ready.” Users will soon be able to browse and bookmark sales from such sites as Gilt.com, hautelook.com, shopbop.com, and many more.
Though Splurge is still in its early beta stages, there is big hope for its future. As Eric Dahan puts it, “There is so much great stuff on the web that’s on sale now. We just want to put it all in one place.” Splurge has not disclosed a specific launch date for the release of its bookmarking tool, however it is believed to be available to the public within the next month or so.
Splurge is a community of shopaholics and trendsetters that find the best deals on the web for popular and up and coming brands and share the deals so other users can find their favorite items and styles at the best prices online. Splurge App on the iphone market was named as an "App to Watch Out For" by People Magazine. Whether you are looking for an unknown brand or a well known one like Gucci Outlets, visit Splurge to stay ahead of the game.
