In September of 2010, over 500 journalists and credit managers across the nation where asked to evaluate the services of over 100 of the leading asset recovery firms in the nation. Participants were asked to grade collection services on a number of different fields, including customer support, recovery probability, and ease of use. In a landslide victory, Stanley, Morgan & Associates in Anaheim California was named best of class by over 90% of those polled.
