During DRI 2012, SunGard will highlight its Managed Recovery Program (MRP), which helps organizations with complex IT environments take the pain out of application recovery. With this service, SunGard experts manage the entire recovery lifecycle for organizations, helping lower the cost, burden and risk in the recovery processes. Organizations working with SunGard MRP have been able to raise their confidence in recovery, while refocusing their efforts on primary production operations.
At DRI 2012, SunGard will showcase its Managed Recovery Program that manages the complete recovery cycle for organizations from test to recovery and provides high availability for the organization’s most critical business applications.
Also at DRI, SunGard will showcase its new Test Management solution, which allows an organization to track and validate tests conducted on business continuity or disaster recovery plans. The Test Management module fully integrates with SunGard LDRPS (The Living Disaster Recovery Planning System). The module guides users through the testing process — from set-up to reporting on the findings — and provides auditable documentation to internal and external auditors.
The SunGard Consulting practice will also feature its new proprietary Risk, Resilience and Recovery (R3) framework methodology which leverages software tools such as the RiskView Business Risk Analytics™ solution from Rev2® to quantifiably measure risk. This combination of proprietary and industry best practices and tools to better assess, prioritize and manage controls for operational risks focuses on the three pillars of operational resilience: business continuity management, information security and IT operations.
DRI International 2012 is designed to gather industry experts, communicate best practices and strategies in disaster recovery across industries like government, commercial, industrial, and institutional work environments.
