Patriot Super PAC, a self-described tea party Super PAC, is airing a new anti-Obama TV ad after seeing its video go viral on Youtube. The 60-second TV ad was aired in the central Florida market over the weekend. The Super PAC plans to continue airing the ad in battleground States between now and the General Election.
The TV ad was produced by Ryan Bomberger. Bomberger, an Emmy-award winning creative director, is also known for his bold social and political viewpoints on behalf of black conservatives.
The catchy-tuned TV ad is entitled “Obama Get Out.” It attacks President Obama for his positions on marriage, freedom of religion, constitutional liberty, and for the weak economy. "The ad is a lot more memorable than your typical political ad. We think it will have high impact as a result," said Tom Freiling, Executive Director of Patriot Super PAC.
Freiling said the video went viral on Youtube within hours of being posted online. It ranked on Youtube’s top-10 political videos last week. “We’ve been inundated with interest in the video and are excited to begin airing it on TV,” said Freiling. “With less than 100 days left until the General Election, we’re focused evermore on get-out-the-vote activities. This ad will help motivate tea party voters to get to the polls on November 6,” he added.
According to FEC reports, Patriot Super PAC has raised several hundred thousand dollars over the past few months, making it one of the most successful tea party Super PAC's.
