TechFlow Awarded BPA Under GSA’s IT Modernization Contract

San Diego, CA, October 24, 2019 –(– TechFlow, a forward-thinking logistics and digital services solutions company, today announced it was awarded a spot on the CIO Modernization and Enterprise Transformation (COMET) BPA. This is a multiple award contract vehicle that supports the GSA-IT Office of Acquisition IT and will provide GSA expertise to modernize and enrich their services across government.

The BPA will provide a commercial, streamlined process to accelerate the pace at which GSA develops and adopts critical application functionality. It will also provide GSA the ability to quickly leverage innovative approaches, apply agile software methodology to streamline existing functionality, and move faster towards cloud readiness in support of the Cloud First Policy. GSA plans to use a phased and best-of-breed approach to accomplish its mission of providing high performing solutions.

“We are very excited to be recognized once again as a company that the GSA can trust to assist with their on-going modernization efforts,” said Mike Harp, TechFlow CTO. “Our proven capabilities in modernizing legacy systems, cloud migrations, Agile development, and DevSecOps were well aligned with GSA’s focus on driving rapid transformation.”

The objective of COMET is to advance and fortify GSA quality related development through the assimilation of the agile methodology. These services will deliver IT development within rapid time frames based upon consistent architectures and following standardized development guidelines that promote code reuse across GSA.

“We live in an environment of constant change and evolution. GSA recognized the importance of an agile response to achieve their objectives,” said Stephen Bivona, TechFlow Vice President Business Development. “We stand ready to do our part to help them exceed their objectives!”
