The award honors the area’s top minority business leaders and owners who exhibited outstanding performance over the past 12 – 18 months. "I am humbled and proud to receive this award from such a respected business publication. It is a tribute to the values I have worked to promote in my business and the community; hard work, integrity, dedication and giving back in meaningful ways," said Vargas. He added, "Each day is an opportunity to strive to make a difference and achieve results for my customers and my community and endeavor to set a positive example for others."
