Ventureneer Online Course Mixes New, Old Marketing Practices to Take Your Business To New Heights

Ventureneer is offering a Vcourse, New Marketing Mix Makes Your Business Soar, to guide entrepreneurs in developing an up-to-date mix of marketing tools, one that reflects their current customer base and the latest in marketing while retaining the “old” elements that work. The course will be taught by two seasoned entrepreneurs who know marketing and small business.

“Businesses need an up-to-date marketing plan to attract and hold customers. It means combining old and new to stay visible and enticing to your market,” says Geri Stengel, founder of Ventureneer, a consultant for businesses and nonprofits, and one of the class instructors.

Working with Stengel will be Alan Siege, CEO and owner of Small Business Management Consulting, which focuses on small firms. He is an experienced consultant as well as a recognized instructor of entrepreneurship and small business management.

“You’ve got to tell your story right, to really inspire people to do business with you,” said Siege. “You’ve got to connect.”

Each class will focus on the real-world problems of students in the class:

    *competitive advantage
    *business story and how can best to tell it
    *identifying and targeting and best customers
    *mastering social media
    *brand identity and how to build it

The truth is that some things have changed and others have not. In this Vcourse, small business owners and entrepreneurs will figure out the right mix of marketing ingredients for their own businesses with the help of two marketing experts and the insight of other business owners. The class is affordable, accessible, and based on real-world problem solving. Participants will also have the opportunity to network among themselves and share their experience with others facing similar problems.

The class will begin at the beginning: What does the customer want and need? From there, participants will analyze how their products/services meet customer needs, how to make customers aware of and interested in their products, and how to budget for marketing.

It’s a comprehensive course of eight, 90-minute sessions, on Tuesdays from noon to 1:30 pm ET starting Oct. 5. The cost of the course is $500 for early bird registration (ends September 17) $600 after September 17. For more information, visit Ventureneer.
