Vivisimo Leads National Discussion on Customer Experience Optimization at IQPC Conference

The first session is a joint workshop with Liberty Mutual, titled "When and What Input Should Technology Have in Your Process Improvement for Customer Experience Efforts." During the interactive workshop attendees will have an opportunity to learn about the following solutions: Customer Experience Management tools, dashboards, process simulation tools, output reports, surveys, Knowledge Management and Business Process Management tools.

The second speaking engagement at the conference is facilitation of a peer-to-peer discussion, titled "Applying Customer Experience Management Solutions to Maximize the Effectiveness of Applied Lean Six Sigma Strategies." During the roundtable discussion, jointly led by Cox Communications, attendees will learn the following: Familiarizing yourself with various Customer Experience Management solutions to identify the ones that might bring best result in your company business environment; assess various Customer Experience Management solutions and the investments they require; and evaluate Customer Experience Management solutions against other customer management and Business Process Management technologies.
