The Watch4net APG performance management platform will be deployed over the entire LTE network, including radio access, core and transmission.

Integrated with device management systems, data will be collected from multiples sources, consolidated in one central repository, and analyzed live to detect potential performance problems. The platform’s comprehensive dashboards and reports are aligned with 3GPP standards and LTE monitoring best practices and will provide troubleshooting, element performance, network performance, traffic management, trending, and service level agreement reporting.

APG will be deployed during the LTE network roll out, enabling the operator to have better visibility from day one, and to proactively improve service to its customers.

The solution will give the operator a competitive edge by enabling more efficient operations of its network and the introduction of new revenue-generating services.

The deal has been awarded to Watch4net after a 6months selection process with on-site evaluations, and will run over three years including system integration, educational services and 24/7 customer support.
